Sarah Ferguson

Sarah Ferguson started her reporting career as a sleepy reviewer of (very) fringe theatre. An early career in arts journalism ended with the warning (from documentary producers) that she would not get on in current affairs – not least because current affairs journalists lack all forms of common decency. Sarah worked for British, French and US broadcasters while living in France and the US before moving to Australia. In Australia she worked as a researcher, producer and reporter for SBS, Channel Nine and most recently the ABC’s Four Corners. Sarah has won multiple Walkley Awards including the Gold Walkley in 2011, four Logies, the Queensland Literary Award and the George Munster Award.
